About "HOPE"

"HOPE" Beer is the sister brewery of Hoop Brewery, located in North Dublin. Led by Wim de Jongh, a former resident of Zaandijk, "HOPE" Beer distinguishes itself through its high-quality craft beer production, driven by the same passion for craftsmanship we share in Zaandijk.

Although "HOPE" Beer and Brewery "HOOP" operate independently, there's a great deal of technical and creative cross-pollination. We share knowledge, recipes, and ideas, creating an inspiring international network where tradition and innovation reinforce each other.

"HOPE" Beer started in 2015 as a small project among ambitious friends. It now produces a consistent range of high-quality beers, brewed and packaged in Howth Junction, Dublin. What began as a kitchen table has grown into a core hospitality brand, focusing on taste, quality, and community. Just like us, it's all about the experience: from tastings at the brewery to enjoying a meal at a local restaurant.

"HOPE" BEERS

At Hope Beer from Dublin, everything revolves around flavor, character, and craftsmanship. Each beer style is carefully developed to perfectly complement specific dishes, occasions, or seasons. The range combines classic beer styles with a modern, creative twist, all brewed on Irish soil.

A selection from the permanent range:

🍺 Hop-on Session IPA: Light, crisp, and tropical. A refreshing IPA with only 4.3% alcohol. Perfect for those who enjoy flavor without too much alcohol.

🍺 Passifyoucan Pale Ale: A lively pale ale with citrus notes and a balanced bitterness. Ideal with spicy dishes.

🍺 Underdog Lager: An accessible, modern lager with character. Lightly malty, subtly hoppy, and unfiltered.

🍺 Grunt Saison: Spicy, dry, and complex. This farmhouse ale pays tribute to Belgian traditions with an Irish twist.

🍺 Limited Editions & Specials: Each season, Hope Beer brings unique releases with special ingredients, barrel aging, or collaborations with chefs and brewers.

Special about Hope Beer:
Each beer style is developed not only based on taste but also linked to a personal story, a character, or a local element from North Dublin. This way, the labels tell as much of a story as the beer itself.
